Our Culinary Journey

Pasta La Vista is a San Diego-based pasta pop-up serving fresh, made-from-scratch noodles with a playful twist. Born out of a craving for high-quality pasta at festivals and events, we’re bringing bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and fine-dining technique to the streets—with a whole lot of character.

Founded by two best friends and seasoned hospitality experts, Josh and Carlos, Pasta La Vista blends culinary skill with festival spirit. Our pasta is always fresh, our sauces are crafted from scratch, and our rotating menu includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options to keep every kind of foodie happy.

We show up with big flavor, good vibes, and our signature cartoon noodle characters (who may or may not be dressed for the season). Whether you catch us at a music festival, a night market, or a private event—we promise pasta that’s fun, filling, and full of love.
